Domaine du Salvard Wine Dinner at Biga
Domaine du Salvard has been a working domaine since 1898, through five hardworking generations of the Delaille family. Today, all forty-two hectares of vineyards are farmed by the capable brother team of Emmanuel and Thierry Delaille, with help from their father Gilbert. To our delight, they have carried on the traditions established by their ancestors, producing a true, classic Cheverny that is both simple and elegant. The Delaille brothers have focused their attention on growing fresh, lively Sauvignon Blanc, deeply rooted in the sand, clay, and limestone plains of northeastern Touraine. Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Cot constitute their red grape holdings, creating youthful reds with great aromatics.
1st Course
Nicoise Salad
Wine-Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Rose, Loire Valley
“Color-Wine crystal clear golden color.
Taste-The wine has a juicy taste with notes of ripe fruit and lemon. The finish is long, beautiful mineral
Aroma-Bright, fresh aroma of the wine reveals notes of citrus, acacia flowers and green apple.”
2nd Course
Pistou and Shrimp Lasagna
Wine-Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Blanc, Loire Valley
“Thierry and Emmanuel Delaille of Domaine du Salvard specialize in crisp, mouthwatering Sauvignon Blanc, but for this cuvée, they add a splash of Chardonnay, which brings complexity, flesh, and notes of Meyer lemon and orchard fruit. The base of Sauvignon Blanc, meanwhile, provides freshness and liveliness as well as its characteristic flavors of passion fruit and lime zest. The two grape varieties combine for outstanding versatility, such that this bottle will serve you well alongside all kinds of seasonal spring fare.”
Blend: 85% Sauvignon Blanc, 15% Chardonnay
Entrée
Pork loin with Calvados Sauce
Mashed Potatoes
Wine-Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Unique Pinot Noir, Loire Valley
“A nice French Pinot Noir, described as a good, relaxing bistro wine. Dark in color, with nice flavors of red cherry, black raspberry fruit with hints of earth, spice, and slight bit of oak.”
Dessert
Chocolate Pot de Creme
Grand Marnier Whipped Cream
$50 per person

Jonata & The Hilt Estate Wine Dinner at PRHYME
Jonata went against convention and planted a wide range of varieties rarely grown side by side. This audacious project caused quite a stir in the wine growing community but was quickly vindicated by the exceptional quality of the wines it produced.
The Hilt’s favorite vineyards are in the northern-facing, closest to the ocean, and most windswept quadrant. These sites are the worst place for a grape grower, but the best ones for a winemaker.

West Coast Wine Dinner at Biga
1st Course
Fried Oyster Tostada
Asian Slaw & Chipotle Vinaigrette
Wine-Cadre Gruner Veltliner, California
“This wine is bursting with the classic spicy citrus and white pepper notes typical of Edna Val ley Grüner. It strikes a harmonious balance between ripeness and a vibrant, energetic palate. Salty citrus, ginger, and white pepper mingle with grapefruit, leading to a savory, zesty finish rich in minerality. This wine captures both sides of the Grüner spectrum: bright, fresh, and vibrant, along with a texture and fullness that highlight the unique character of Edna Valley white wines.”
2nd Course
Ancho-and-Honey-Glazed Salmon with Black Bean Sauce and Jalapeño Crema
Wine-Maysara Jamsheed Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley Oregon
“This approachable Pinot covers all the bases. Generous fruit, with black cherry, raspberry, blackberry, plum, and black currant, play beautifully with its slightly more serious side of sweet smoke, forest floor, and cracked black pepper. Well-integrated fine tannins and a long finish make this the ideal dinner or party wine.”
Entrée
Cajun Chicken Cassoulet
Rice
Wine-Grochau Cellars Red Blend, Columbia Valley Washington
“The cru Beaujolais-like Convivial opens with a zesty cranberry-raspberry aroma that is perfume-worthy. It is complemented by notes of white pepper and loamy soil. The Convivial tastes like it smells, although there are heady background notes of espresso and thyme. There's balance here, with zingy acidity and firm tannins.

Peach and Blueberry Cobbler

Private Wine Exchange at Boston Title & Abstract
I’m delighted to invite you and your best wine friend to The Private Cellar Exchange, an invitation-only evening for collectors, enthusiasts, and passionate wine lovers who believe the best bottles are meant to be shared.
It’s time to bring wine back where it belongs: at the center of the table.
WiNEisFOOD is more than a tasting, it’s a ritual. We’re stripping away the pretense and restoring the “why” of wine.
This is an evening for the curious, the collectors, and the people who believe that a bottle only truly opens up when it’s shared over a meal and real conversation.
THE PHILOSOPHY:
EAT WINE. DON’T DRINK IT.
We don’t just pour; we experience.
We’re looking for bottles with a story, the ones that matter to you. Bring a bottle from your cellar or simply a bottle that means something to you or carries weight, and prepare to discover pours you’ve never seen (and perhaps thought you never would).
This exchange makes the “impossible” bottles possible.
THE EXPERIENCE:
Expect an evening of high-energy education and deep connection, featuring:
Signature Snackuterie Platters: Curated for the ultimate pairing.
Classic House Terrines: Artisanal, rustic, and made for wine.
Thoughtful Pairings: We respect the know-how and the “where” behind every label.
THE DETAILS:
WHEN: Monday, May 18 | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
WHERE: Boston Title & Abstract
THE ENTRY: $100 (Covers your seat, education, and service)
Space is strictly limited for those who actually care about what’s in the glass.
Come for the wine, stay for the restoration of the ritual, and go home with new friendships you’ll want to nurture.
We get excited for the origin. We live for the anticipation. We see you at the table.
